Why I Pick These Salts

Why I Pick These Salts

In my bath products, I mainly use four types of salts.

Each salt has its own unique benefits,

but it’s the combination that creates a deeply nourishing experience —

one that supports the body without overwhelming it.

I don’t choose ingredients just because they are popular or trendy.

I choose them because my body responds to them, again and again.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan pink salt is rich in natural minerals and known for supporting circulation and relaxation.

I choose this salt not only for its benefits, but because I genuinely love it.

Its soft pink colour feels gentle, feminine, and kind.

I’ve tried many salts on the market,

but this one carries a quiet warmth —

natural, grounding, and visually calming.

For me, bathing is also a sensory experience.

What I see matters just as much as what my body absorbs.

Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate)

Epsom salt is widely known for helping relax muscles and ease physical tension.

It contains magnesium sulfate,

which supports muscle recovery and helps the nervous system slow down.

This is the salt I reach for when I feel tired, heavy, or overstimulated.

It doesn’t force relaxation —

it gently reminds the body how to let go.

Dead Sea Salt

Dead Sea salt has been used in ancient bathing rituals for centuries.

It is naturally high in minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium,

which support skin health and overall balance.

I love the grounded, almost ancient feeling of this salt.

It feels less like “self-care” and more like returning to something deeply human.

Magnesium Salt

Magnesium plays an essential role in calming the nervous system.

Magnesium salts support relaxation, deeper sleep, and recovery —

especially for bodies that are constantly “on.”

Every time I bathe with magnesium-rich salts,

I fall asleep more easily and sleep more deeply.

My body recovers faster, without effort.

Why I Combine Them

Each salt works beautifully on its own,

but together they create a balanced experience —

relaxing, restoring, and grounding at the same time.

I don’t believe in overwhelming the body with too many ingredients.

You don’t need more —

you need the right ones.

I test every formula on myself, my family, and people close to me.

If it feels too strong, too heavy, or unnecessary, it doesn’t make it into my products.

I offer bath salts, bath soaks, and bath milk selections.

I’ll introduce each of them individually in future posts.

For now, this is simply the foundation —

why these salts, and why they matter.
