2. Products & Availability
Many KOKONEYUI products are handmade in small batches.
Minor variations in colour, shape, botanical placement, scent, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and the ingredients used.
These natural variations are not considered faults where the product remains consistent with its description and intended use.
Product images are provided as a guide. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Products may be updated, changed, or discontinued without prior notice.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
GST is not currently charged unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using one of the secure payment methods available at checkout.
An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where there has been a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or other reasonable concern.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Shipping
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information about processing times, delivery estimates, costs, and tracking.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us through our contact form so we can assist.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where appropriate.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact us through our contact form.

Please read and follow all product labels, instructions, ingredient information, and safety warnings before use.
Products are for external use only unless clearly stated otherwise.
Avoid contact with the eyes and do not use products on broken or irritated skin.
Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
Customers with known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy-related concerns should review the ingredients carefully and seek advice from a qualified health professional where appropriate.
Bath products containing oils may make surfaces slippery. Please take care when entering and leaving the bath.
Products should be kept out of reach of children unless used under appropriate adult supervision.
