We currently ship orders placed through our official website within Australia only.
Domestic orders are sent using Australia Post.

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
Free shipping applies to eligible Australian orders after discounts and before any applicable shipping charges.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

- Heavy Parcel Shipping: approximately 3–8 business days

Remote and regional locations may require additional delivery time.
International Orders
Our official website currently ships within Australia only.
Customers outside Australia can shop selected KOKONEYUI products through our Etsy store.
Product prices, taxes, shipping costs, and availability on Etsy may differ from those shown on our official website.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
KOKONEYUI is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and details of the issue.
We will review the situation and assist with the next steps.
Where photos are required, we will provide instructions for sending them by email after receiving your initial enquiry.
