PROCESSING TIMES
Your order is lovingly prepared in Australia.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery times listed below.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — AUSTRALIA
Orders within Australia are sent using Australia Post with tracking.
Shipping Options
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10 AUD
• Express Shipping: Flat rate $18 AUD
• Free Standard Shipping: Available on eligible Australian orders over $60 AUD
Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. Express Shipping remains available at the listed rate.
The free-shipping threshold applies after discounts and before any applicable shipping charges.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
• Standard Shipping: approximately 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days
Express Shipping is available as an optional upgrade at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, postal delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Remote and regional locations may require additional delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — JAPAN
Our official website currently ships selected KOKONEYUI products to Japan.
Product availability is based on your location. Some products are available within Australia only and cannot be purchased or delivered to Japan.
Orders to Japan are sent using tracked international shipping.
Japan Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the total packed weight of your order:
• Up to 250g: $23.95 AUD
• Over 250g up to 500g: $29.95 AUD
• Over 500g up to 1kg: $39.95 AUD
• Over 1kg up to 2kg: $64.95 AUD
Your final shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping rates are set in Australian dollars. When prices are displayed in Japanese yen, the converted amount may vary slightly depending on the current exchange rate.
Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch
• Japan Tracked Shipping: approximately 5–10+ business days
International delivery times are estimates only and do not include possible delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International orders with a total packed weight exceeding the available shipping limits might not be eligible for checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Orders delivered to Japan may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by Japanese authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate unless expressly stated at checkout.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
KOKONEYUI cannot control or predict whether these charges will apply or how long customs processing may take.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct.
KOKONEYUI is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and details of the issue.
We will review the situation and assist with the next steps.
Where photographs or further information are required, we will provide instructions after receiving your initial enquiry.
