Sacred Solace blends mineral salts and grounding essential oils known to support deep relaxation, physical unwinding, and nervous system calm.

Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate). Helps ease muscle tension and encourage physical relaxation.

Magnesium Flakes (Magnesium Chloride). A highly absorbable form of magnesium that supports nervous system calm and muscle recovery.

Dead Sea Salt. Rich in natural minerals known to support skin softness, renewal, and tired muscles.

Clary Sage Essential Oil. Traditionally used to support emotional balance and calm the nervous system.

Sandalwood Essential Oil. Deeply grounding and soothing, helping the body settle into stillness.

Cedarwood Essential Oil. Warm and stabilising, encouraging deeper relaxation and a sense of rest.

Other ingredients.
