Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all ready-made orders within 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4 pm).

For made-to-order or custom items, please allow a little extra time — if there is any delay, we will contact you.

Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping — flat rate $10

• Express Shipping — calculated at checkout (varies by weight & location)

• Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $100

We use Australia Post to deliver all parcels.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us including your tracking number, so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We plan to offer local pick up (Click & Collect) from our store in the future. Stay tuned for updates.

International Orders

At this stage, we do not currently offer international shipping.
