If something isn’t right, please let us know — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will happily replace the item or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Change of Mind

Because each product is handmade in small batches and many are personal-use items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Returns Process

• If a return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
