When will my order ship?
Most ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 2–3 business days.
If an item is made-to-order, please allow a little extra time — we’ll let you know clearly on the product page.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia, we offer:
• Standard Shipping — flat rate $10
• Express Shipping — calculated at checkout (varies by weight & location)
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100
Local pick-up (click & collect) is not available at the moment, but may be offered in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping may be added in the future — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please email us within 15 days of delivery at hello⭐kokoneyui.com (replace ⭐ with @).
We’ll happily replace any item that arrives damaged or faulty.
Do you offer returns for change of mind?
Because all of our creations are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
How will I receive digital products?
All digital products (like Kokoneyui notebooks and cards) are delivered as instant downloads.
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link so you can access your files straight away.
Can I receive a physical copy of digital products?
Many of our digital creations will also be released later as physical products — so if you love paper, stay tuned.

Are your products natural?
Our products are crafted with gentle, vegan-friendly ingredients.
Most blends are made with natural components such as salts, clays, and essential oils.
For some formulas, we may also use safe, IFRA-approved fragrance oils or cosmetic-grade colours (like micas and dyes) to make them more enjoyable — always chosen carefully for quality and skin-friendliness.
We also offer a dedicated All-Natural Range, which avoids added colours and fragrance oils, perfect for sensitive skin or those who prefer purely natural blends.

Kokoneyui is Australian owned & operated, with roots in both Japan and Australia.
Our creations are crafted in Victoria, Australia.
